Founded in 2010, Sheep Dog Impact Assistance (SDIA) is a national not-for-profit organization that assists in transforming the lives of military members, veterans, first responders, and their families through posttraumatic growth.

To Engage, Assist, and Empower our nation’s heroes through our Get Off The Couch™ programming, which creates a continuum of care, to transform trauma into growth and help them live their best lives.
What Is Posttraumatic Growth
Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) is a positive psychological transformation that can occur after trauma. It’s the foundation of our Get Off The Couch™ programming.
